Three Dimensional Work
By Sinthia Cousineau
This is a new form of art to me, as I am more dedicated towards working on paper than I am for three-dimensional work. However, I continue to explore the multiple possibilities when it comes to working with objects.
Plaster Tile: Scorpian
Repoussé Plates
Exploring the ancient Greek technique of Repoussé art.
Self-Portrait Doll
Mixed Media
A project for an art education class that involved creating a doll that represents our self, I gave my dolls the same physical traits I have such as blue eyes, pale skin, brown hair tied in a side-braid. I also included a pirate-styled hat and exotic outfit to represent my desire for adventure and exploring the world.
Metaphoric Identity Box
A project for one of my art education classes at Concordia. We created a box that represented different aspects of our identity.
Bamboo Shape Sculpture
A collaborative project I did when I was studying at McGill in 2013.
