Step 1: Draw the Idea

A holiday themed idea or an idea related to the winter season.

Step 2: Embossing the Aluminium Sheet

Place the aluminum sheet on a foam board and with a dull pencil, draw your holday or winter themed idea on the aluminum sheet. Press hard to get the texture effect but not too hard to avoid poking a hole through the sheet.

Step 3: Hole-punch the aluminium and tie with palstic string

Step 4: Mix a bit of paint with water to paint surface of aluminium

Embossing and debossing:

• The processes of creating either raised or recessed relief images and designs in paper and other materials. An embossed pattern is raised against the background, while a debossed pattern is sunken into the surface of the material (but might protrude somewhat on the reverse, back side).
